Establishing a brand identity

As the first brand hire at StubHub, I was tasked with building out a world-class creative team while growing this emerging, sports-focused brand into an industry-defining market leader for sports- and music-enthusiasts alike. That included evolving the brand identity from its nascent, animation-driven look to a more mature design language that appropriately reflected the trusted, innovative company StubHub was becoming.

Establishing StubHub as a fans-first brand was a critical aspect of expanding our market opportunity, enabling us to speak the language and garner the trust of every kind of fan. We did it all while being prohibited from using officially licensed imagery.
