Building ‘What’s Next’
During the pandemic, several former TripAdvisor colleagues and I launched a marketing agency for tours and attractions operators called TourismSolved. After two years, we recognized the bigger opportunity was to combine our expertise with a technical solution that could solve the industry’s fragmentation issue and enable anyone to sell Experiences. Enter Holibob, a technology startup in London. Holibob acquired TourismSolved, and I took the Brand and Strategy helm, developing the messaging, go-to-market strategies, and brand identity for a company that is building ‘What’s Next’ in tours and attractions.

Ostensibly a B2B brand, Holibob’s promise is that it can uniquely enable those brands to delight - and monetize - they're existing consumers with modern UX and personalization that is seamless to integrate and implement. So we needed a brand that spoke ‘consumer and cutting edge’ rather than traditional B2B.
